Arun, Eric, & James (Blue Sky Pals) recently rented & moved into a house in Strathmore -- about 1/2 way between Wellington & Miramar. They had a house warming party last night & I shot this quick video tour. WARNING: you might not want to watch this if you live in Manhattan. They're each paying the equivalent of $900usd per month -- w/all the funiture etc included. Plus they have two more bedrooms, so if they get more roommates, it will be quite cheap.
ps: this is an unusually nice place -- not all houses in Wellington are this nice -- or new.
