Karori Wildlife Preserve

I've spent a bunch of days in the Karori Wildlife Sanctuary -- a two min walk from Mel's house:

It's basically an enormous fenced in area for birds -- takes all day to walk from one side to the other & back -- so many little trails & picnic benches to read on -- way out in the bush. Feels like you're miles from the city. Birds everywhere ..never seen so many birds.
