...and then started going by myself -- & up into the mountains. Actually I found a whole mountain biking park! Apparently it's one of the best in the world:

I'm trying to go three or four times a week in the mornings. There's this breathtaking pine forest ridge trail -- I'll try getting some photos of that. For now, I just have these shots from the beginning:

I've signed up for a Black & White photography class at the local high school (with my friend Lee). They've got an amazing dark room -- nice enlargers etc. I've only been to two classes so far, so I don't have any really nice prints yet, but here are a few shots scanned from the negatives:
